Arapahoe Development

On April 30, 2024, Salt Lake City adopted a zoning amendment to provide affordable housing incentives to developers in an effort to increase the availability of affordable homes. The Arapahoe Development Project is possible due to these incentives.

We are transforming a piece of underutilized land into four duplexes, each carefully designed to provide quality, comfortable living spaces. By developing this property, we're adding to the local affordable housing market and contributing to the neighborhood's vibrancy.

Currently, we're in the design and permitting phase of development. We are working with our architect and contractor to create functional layouts that meet community standards. We anticipate breaking ground in Spring of 2025!

Working with an experienced builder/realtor and architect, we're able to bring decades of expertise to this project, ensuring we follow best practices for quality and sustainability.
