Our Mission
Our mission is to develop quality residential properties that enhance local communities and provide lasting value through strategic partnerships and a commitment to sustainable growth.
Jordan holds Master's degrees in Finance and Applied Mathematics from the University of Utah. She has worked in various roles in finance and is currently serving as a Senior Quantitative Model Developer for Zion's Bancorporation in addition co-running Yellow Box, LLC, together with her sister. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and creating art.

Charlotte holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Utah. She has worked in various roles in computer engineering and is currently a full-time software developer for Solventum in addition to co-running Yellow Box, LLC, together with her sister. In her free time, Charlotte loves to explore the outdoors. She enjoys activities such as climbing, hiking, and paddle boarding. When she's not adventuring outside, she's likely at home with her two cats, who keep her company. Charlotte is excited to work with her sister to create fresh, inspiring spaces.
